Who is it for?
Property buyers who already own or are buying a house or apartment in Greece and need a trusted local architect to lead their renovation project.
What problem does it solve?
Buyers from abroad often struggle to find reliable local architects, navigate Greek permits and bureaucracy, and get clear cost estimates. architektones solves this by pre-vetting architects and matching them to buyer needs.
How does it work?
Buyers submit a free project brief describing their property, goals, and timeline. The platform matches them with up to 5 vetted architects who fit their location, language, and project type. Buyers can then book calls and start planning directly.
